Reading the Availability Calendar
Each cell is colour-coded to show its current status:

• Blue = Confirmed event; not available for booking.
• Orange = On hold for a potential event. If you'd like to reserve a space that's currently on hold, we can confirm final availability within 3 business days.
• Unmarked = Open and available to book.

Hover over any cell to see full details.

Use the menu at the top of the screen to switch between timeline and month views, or to check availability for a specific location.
